In many designs, air-spaced patch elements are used extensively. This technique eliminates all dielectric material, with resulting cost savings.
All arrays are designed using computer-based methods. Performance analysis is done using proprietary array modeling programs. Circuit artwork is done directly using Autocad. Machined features are also on Autocad. Arrays can be designed and built very rapidly using these established methods.
A T-Tech Quick-Circuit board prototyping machine is on hand for quick-reaction projects.
The following flat plate arrays are representative of the hundreds of designs carried out to date.
