Seavey Engineering supplies complete sets of high-performance feed systems for large reflectors. These systems typically consist of a multiplicity of interchangeable feeds. Each feed is custom-configured with its own RF chain. The chain may include BIT provisions, filters, LNAs and downconverters. Feeds may also have complex polarization capabilities, such as remote 4-state dual-port switching. In these systems, all feeds are pre-focussed and aligned and have precision common mounting interfaces. Most systems are specified to operate over the full range of frequencies from VHF to Ka-band.

System C is a fixed site radome-enclosed 60-foot parabolic reflector mounted to a precision pedistal. Feeds provide for transmit capability of several KW average power. All feeds are dual-polarized and remotely switch from dual linear to dual circular.

System E (Model AO14-2618L) is a small, portable 14-inch offset reflector with a set of high cross-polarization feeds. All interchangeable feeds have high gain LNA's.

System D is a transportable, trailer-mounted 20-foot parabolic reflector mounted to a precision tracking pedestal. Feeds are receive-only and include all RF components. Above 12 GHz, all feeds are specially designed to under-illuminate the reflector so that the main beam does not narrow excessively.
