Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Limited Warranty Policy: SEA warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from shipping date. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective unit. This policy is voided for defects resulting from improper maintenance or storage, unauthorized modifications or misuse and operation outside specified environmental conditions. No other warranty is expressed or implied; SEA disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

• Prices: Please call (toll free: 866-829-4749) for price and delivery quotation. Price, specifications and delivery commitments are subject change without notice unless otherwise quoted. Custom designs will require a written engineering quotation.
• Returns: Customer will assume freight charges incoming and outgoing. No returns may be made without receiving authorization and a RMA number. Units returned which are not wanted may be credited and applied to customer account for use on future purchases. No money will be refunded unless arrangements have been made for a trial use or a credit return. A restocking and/or handling charge will be applied for all returned hardware, if return is authorized in writing. Loaner units will be shipped at customer's expense both ways. Returns or exchanges without an RMA number will be automatically refused. Failure to pay for the product within 60 days of the invoice date will automatically void all warranties expressed or implied.
• Delivery: Many standard products are stocked for immediate shipment. Delivery of other items are as quoted.
• Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, our standard payment terms are COD, prepayment or wire transfer in U.S. dollars through a U.S. Bank. Customers obtaining credit approval will pay invoices 30 days from invoice date. Credit terms are subject to change.
• FOB Point and Shipping Methods: Pembroke, Massachusetts, U.S.A. or as quoted. Standard method of shipping is UPS Surface. UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air can be arranged. Air Freight or truck shipments upon request. Customer pays all shipping, handling and insurance charges.
  
  Foreign orders are export packaged at no extra charge unless special crating is required. Shipping is done using customer designated freight forwarders where practical, or else best way, either air or ocean, at our discretion. Our policy is to ship FOB PEMBROKE, MA with freight, insurance and custom clearance charges collect to customer.
